**4. Fees and Payment:**

   b. Payment is due in full prior to or at the time of each coaching session, unless otherwise agreed upon.

   c. Payments are non-refundable except as required by law.

**5. Scheduling and Cancellation:**

   b. You agree to provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellation or rescheduling of coaching sessions. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in forfeiture of the session fee.

**6. Termination:**

   a. Either party may terminate the coaching relationship at any time by providing written notice to the other party.

   b. Upon termination, any outstanding fees will become immediately due and payable.

**7. Limitation of Liability:**

   a. Our liability for any damages arising out of or in connection with the coaching services shall be limited to the amount paid by you for those services.

   b. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

**8. Governing Law:**
